You can conveniently use a rope to slide on top of its roof. Its minimum level is 46 so no rush to get it until late in the game, unless you want to unlock the engraving early. The required level was 36, and we were level 34 at the time we got it. It is a level 40 legendary weapon. This is where the chest is at as well. On the north-west side of Phokis you will have to locate a fast travel point Ruins of Artemis.
