Their most meaningful interaction was during " The Deadly Venom ", when Kirby frantically brought April to the lair after Karai envenomated her. At first, they defeat him easily, but the fight turns into much more than they expect April, rather reluctant to cope with the circumstances, is eager to get started on stopping the enemies. Splinter tries to help April again, only to be beset by visions of the Aeons and Xaava-Dal.
